Register NOW for the After School Program
The Community House is proud to offer an after school program, started because of the need for safe, reliable childcare during after school hours. This past school year we had an enrollment of over 75 children. We instituted a rotating schedule (A, B, C Days) which the children, counselors, and parents was able to run more smoothly and efficiently.

All families enrolling their children into the after school program for the coming school year will receive a copy of The Community House After School Handbook, which will inform parents of the rules and regulations of the program. It also will include important dates and information. This program will follow the public school calendar.

Use this form to Register your Child(ren) for the AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM. A Check in the amount of $110.00 per child must accompany this form.

This fee is non-refundable.

July 21 - 25 - Vacation Bible School for Church-in-the-Gardens
August 14 - Last day for Summer Program
August 15 - September 1 - CH will be closed for annual maintenance.
September 2 - CH Opens, 1st Day of After School Program

Men’s “Over the Hill” Basketball-Wednesday night pick-up games at 7:30 PM NO FEE for Members.
NOTE: We offer a Basketball Membership subscription for a yearly fee of $200.
