AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Welcome back to the
Community House after school
program. The after school program will
follow the public school calendar and therefore
begin on Tues., Sept. 4th. The hours of the
after school program are as follows: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm for
grades Pre K through 7.
All medical and emergency
contact forms along with the first payment are due before
September 4th. Children will not be able to attend
until all payments and forms are received.
NO exceptions.
Parent handbooks were
mailed to registered students. Please read it carefully
and sign parent acknowledgement as it outlines all
policies and expectations. We look forward to a very
successful after school program. If your child is
participating in the transportation portion of the program
payment MUST be made in ADVANCE and all
forms must be signed and submitted to both the CH and
PS 101 before the first day.
The After School Program
is open to Family membership children from grades Pre K -
6.
The program is fully
supervised and includes sports activities, arts and
crafts, board games and homework assistance.
The hours for the program
are as follows: 3:00 - 7:00 for grades Pre-K through 6
There is a monthly fee per child for this program.
Transportation from PS 101Q is available at an additional
cost . Please see the Director for more details
