2008/09 AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Welcome back to the Community House after school
program. The after school program will follow the public
school calendar and therefore begin on Tues., Sept. 2nd.
The hours of the after school program are as follows: 3:00
pm - 7:00 pm for grades Pre K through 6. All medical and
emergency contact forms are due by September 2nd. Children
will not be able to attend until all current forms are
received. NO exceptions. Parent handbooks were mailed to
registered students. Please read it carefully as it
outlines all policies and expectations. We look forward to
a very successful after school program.
MONTHLY
PAYMENTS
$125 without transportation
$200 with transportation (from PS 101)
The first day of the after school program is Tuesday,
September 2nd.
