2009/10 AFTER
SCHOOL PROGRAM
Welcome back to the Community House after school
program. The after school program will follow the
public school calendar and therefore begin on Wed,
Sept. 9th. The hours of the after school program
are as follows: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm for grades Pre K through
6. All medical and emergency contact forms are due
by September 8th. Children will not be able to
attend until all current forms are received. NO
exceptions. Parent handbooks were mailed to registered
students. Please read it carefully as it outlines all
policies and expectations.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
$125 without transportation
$200 with transportation (from PS 101)
The first day of the after school program is Wednesday,
September 9th.
We look forward to a very successful
after school program.

The Hershey-Russo Family Combo & Garden
Players Kids - January 24, 6pm The Sanctuary at
Church-in-the-Gardens
In loving memory of Carol Hershey, the
Hershey-Russo Family Combo & The Garden Player Kids will
be back to shower you with song. Last year was a jazz
concert. This year we will concentrate on original songs!
Betina on vocals, husband Nick Russo on guitar, father
Lowell Hershey on trumpet, Denver Casado on piano, and the
Garden Player Kids on a few songs. We are raising money
for the Carol Hershey Memorial Fund which helps fund the
Garden Players in honor of all the love and work she put
into the Garden Players when she was with us. We will also
be honoring Rich Russo, Nick’s Father, who we lost last
year, by playing some of his original tunes, too!
Suggested donation is $20 for adults and $10 for kids at
the door, but please come and enjoy yourself and donate
